Nick Hoffman Scores World of Outlaws Victory at EAMS
Banks $15,000 in Chattahoochee Clash Triumph
MOORESVILLE, N.C. (March 31, 2026) — A patient Nick Hoffman drove to a $15,000 victory in Friday’s World of Outlaws Late Model Series opener at East Alabama Motor Speedway.
Hoffman made a late-race pass over Daulton Wilson on lap 38 and paced the final three circuits, claiming his fifth win of the season in the track’s Chattahoochee Clash.
“For me, I’ve raced at so many new racetracks across the country, I don’t know what to expect as far as perfect,” Hoffman said. “Here, you just kind of go back to your notebook, look at places that are similar and try and circle those. They did a great job, can’t believe I’ve never been here before. It’s only five and a half hours from the house for me, just never been here.”
Hoffman’s southern swing began Friday at the Alabama oval, where he advanced into the feature with a heat race victory. He remained in contention throughout the main event before capitalizing when Wilson slipped on the cushion, allowing Hoffman to surge ahead and take control in the closing laps.
He carried that momentum into Saturday’s event at Senoia Raceway, where he topped his 20-car qualifying group and followed with a heat race win. Hoffman took the lead from Ashton Winger on lap 22 and controlled the race until Bobby Pierce mounted a late charge, relegating Hoffman to a third-place finish at the checkered flag.
Hoffman currently sits second in the latest World of Outlaws Late Model Series point standings.

Hoffman will return to World of Outlaws competition in two weeks as the tour heads to Illinois for the Illini 100 at Farmer City Raceway.
